April - The Company is founded under the name BioCell Innovations. |

May -The Company acquires its original patent licensing rights through a novation from NASA. (Note: Research on the Regenetech NASA licensed bioreactor went as far back as shuttle STS-95 with John Glenn's work.) |

January - Stage 1 research is fully completed; Regenetech licenses its first intellectual property for treatment of Sickle Cell Anemia. |

April - Regenetech licenses an additional two (2) patents from NASA relating to advanced bioreactor technology. |

April - Regenetech enters into a Reimbursable Space Act Agreement with NASA to continue development of adult stem cell expansion. |
2005

January - Regenetech confirms its significantly expanded adult stem cells were free from cancer risks and had no genetic modification. |

Regenetech expands its research at NASA and several universities and completes the filing of its first 73 patent applications. |

August - Regenetech achieves 70 fold expansion of peripheral blood adult stem cells. |

Regenetech enters into licensing agreement with Korea Stem Cell Bank. |
