Glen T. Odom, Secretary
|
Mr. Odom, one of the founders of the Company, currently serves as the Corporate Secretary. He has served in numerous positions within the Company since its inception, including a term on the Company’s Board from 2002 to 2007. He is a senior engineer with a company that is responsible for Space Shuttle Flight Operations. He received his B.S. in Technology from the University of Houston.

H. Lee Murphy, III, Vice President

Mr. Murphy is one of the founders of the Company. He served as the Chief Operation Officer of Specialty Outsourcing Solutions, which he co-founded, and also served as a Director from 1999 to 2005. He served as Executive Vice President of Medtech Inc/RRI., which provided attending physician statements (individual medical history) to major insurance companies including Prudential Life, New York Life and AEGON USA from 1992 to 1999. Mr. Murphy received his B.B.A. from Sam Houston State University.

Kyle Shanks, President

Mr. Shanks, a founder of the Company, owned and operated Sun City Graduation Services, a consulting firm. He held executive banking positions for many years, and has extensive experience in finance and investments. Mr. Shanks received his B.B.A. from the University of Texas.

Leonard J. Giblin, III, M.D., Ph.D
|
Dr. Leonard Giblin provides Scientific, Medical & Engineering consulting services for Biotech firms. Recent work includes the automation of cytogenetics, the use of zinc in prostatic secretions as a biomarker for prostate cancer and the development, and automation of Regenetech’s stem cell technologies. Dr. Giblin is also currently the CEO and Chief Engineer for Diluvian Technologies, LLC, a Houston area company specializing biomedical technologies. His areas of expertise include mechanical, electrical & software engineering as well as writing SBIR grants. Dr. Giblin received both his M.D. and Ph.D. (Cellular Physiology & Molecular Biophysics Program) from the University of Texas Medical Branch – Galveston.

Bess Herzog
|
Ms. Herzog has been General Partner of TAI Holding Company, L.P., since 1998. She is responsible for control and management of all aspects of the multi-faceted, multi-national investments and holdings of the limited partnership. She is currently President – CEO/CFO of TopIQue Associates, Inc., where she established the corporate structure and the business operations in 1990. She manages all facets of finances and regulatory compliance for the corporation. At its inception the company had only an Electrical Division, Precision Power, which Ms. Herzog had operated as a Sole Proprietorship since 1985. In 1991, she also became General Manager of TOPique Construction, a division of the corporation that has enjoyed nearly two decades of successful commercial construction in Texas and Louisiana. Based on her many years of experience in the oil and gas exploration and production industry, Ms. Herzog personally developed and organized the administrative procedures that have contributed to the remarkable success of the Regenetech.

Arless E. (Beau) Hutchison
|
Mr. Beau Hutchinson served over 9 years as an administrator for Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, a large regional medical center with a hospital complex of over 700 beds. He then founded an occupational medicine clinic and drug testing business, which he built into very successful operations. In 1997 he sold these businesses to a major health care company. Mr. Hutchinson served on the Company’s Board from 2003 to 2006 and 2008 to 2009. He was Vice President of Operations for the Company in 2004 and served as the Company’s President in 2005 and 2008. He holds a Masters Degree in Health Administration from Washington University School of Medicine and a B.S. from Louisiana State University.
