MILESTONES
IN REGENETECH HISTORY
2002
April - The Company is founded under the name BioCell Innovations.
May -The Company acquires its original patent licensing rights through
a novation from NASA. (Note: Research on the Regenetech NASA licensed
bioreactor went as far back as shuttle STS-95 with John Glenn's work.)
May - Regenetech enters into a Sponsored Research Agreement with M.D.
Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
August - Regenetech files its first patent
November - BioCell Innovations changes its name to Regenetech, Inc.
2003
January - Stage 1 research is fully completed; Regenetech
licenses its first intellectual property for treatment of Sickle Cell
Anemia.
April - Regenetech licenses an additional two (2) patents from NASA relating
to advanced bioreactor technology.
April - Regenetech enters into a Reimbursable Space Act Agreement with
NASA to continue development of adult stem cell expansion.
2005
January - Regenetech confirms its significantly expanded
adult stem cells were free from cancer risks and had no genetic mutations.
2005
- 2006
Regenetech expands its research at NASA and several universities
and completes the filing of its first 73 patent applications.
2007
August - Regenetech achieves 60 fold expansion of peripheral
blood adult stem cells.
2008
Regenetech enters into licensing agreement with Korea Stem
Cell Bank.
August - Regenetech enters into license with Cellgenia⃨ of Greece.
December - Regenetech enters into license with Magnafix. Dec 2008
2009
June - Regenetech achieves 100 fold expansion of peripheral
adult stem cells.
June -Regenetech enters into letter of intent with HCA.
2010
September-Regenetech moves their Offices from the Houston Medical Center
to the Nasa area near the Johnson Space Center (NASA).
September- Regenetech signs a license agreement with Regenavita for the
expansion of neo-natal cells in Latin America..
October-Regenetech signs a Joint Venture agreement with Health2O.
November-Regenetech enters into a new license agreement with NASA relating
to advanced Bio-molecule applications.
November-Regenetech signs a new non-exclusive license agreement with EHSI
for the expansion of human progenitor cells.
December-Regenetech completes the build-out of its new laboratory.
December-Regenetech forms a new company with Health20. The new company
is Zero G Cosmeceuticals.
December-Regenetech signs a Sponsored Research Agreement with Hyalose.
