H. Lee Murphy, III, Vice President

Mr. Murphy is one of the founder’s of the Company. He served as the Chief Operation Officer of
Specialty Outsourcing Solutions which he co-founded and also served as a director from 1999 to
2005. Mr. Murhpy served as Executive Vice President of Medtech Inc/RRI., which provided attending
physician statements (individual medical history) to major insurance companies including Prudential Life,
New York Life and AEGON USA from 1992 to 1999. He received his B.B.A. from Sam Houston
State University.

Kyle Shanks, Vice President

Mr. Shanks, a founder of the Company, has owned and operated Sun City Graduation Services, a
consulting firm since 1993. He held executive banking positions for five years and has extensive
experience in finance and investments. Mr. Shanks received his B.B.A. from the University of Texas.
