Kyle
Shanks, President
Mr. Shanks, a founder of the Company, owned and operated Sun City
Graduation Services, a consulting firm. He held executive banking
positions for five years and has extensive experience in finance
and investments. Mr. Shanks received his B.B.A. from the University
of Texas. Mr. Shanks currently serves on the Board of Directors.

Lee Murphy, III, Vice President
Mr. Murphy is one of the founders of the Company. He served as the
Chief Operation Officer of Specialty Outsourcing Solutions which
he co-founded and also served as a director from 1999 to 2005. He
served as Executive Vice President of Medtech Inc/RRI., which provided
attending physician statements (individual medical history) to major
insurance companies including Prudential Life, New York Life and
AEGON USA from 1992 to 1999. He received his B.B.A. from Sam Houston
State University. Mr. Murphy currently serves on the Board of Directors.

Glen
T. Odom, Secretary
Mr. Odom, one of the founders of the Company, currently serves as
the Corporate Secretary. He has served in numerous positions within
the Company since its inception. He served on the Company's Board
from 2002 to 2007, and in 2009. He has served as Corporate Secretary
since March 31, 2008. He received his B.S. in Technology from the
University of Houston. Mr. Odom currently serves on the Board of
Directors.

Arless
"Beau" Hutchinson, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Hutchinson has a Masters Degree in Health Administration from
Washington University School of Medicine and a B.S. from Louisiana
State University. He served over 9 years as one of the administrators
for a large regional medical center with a hospital complex of over
700 beds. He then started his own medical businesses (an occupational
medicine clinic and a drug testing business), building them into
very successful operations which he sold to a major health corporation
in 1997. Mr. Hutchinson has previously served as President of Regenetech
and on its board for several years. He has served as the company's
CFO for the past two years.

Mark
Considine:
Mr. Considine is the President and founder of Slip Free Systems,
Inc., which was established in 1988. He is a graduate of the University
of Houston with a B.B.A. in Business Management. As a successful
entrepreneur, Mr. Considine is also active in the community lending
support to various charitable causes and endeavors. Mr. Considine
is a stakeholder in Regenetech.

Pat
Estes:
Pat Estes serves as Vice President, KBR for US Construction Operations
and has served in a variety of roles in project management and construction
operations during his 40+ year tenure with the company. During his
career, he has worked in the craft trades, served in various management
roles in projects, served as General Manager of Construction Operations
and worked in virtually every commercial structure known to the
industry. Pat brings extensive experience and knowledge of manufacturing,
plant operations, and engineering and construction to his current
assignment. His operations background and experience with executive
organizations, leading in managing performance initiatives, and
management of large EPC projects, coupled with his insights into
organizational leadership, allow him to offer a unique perspective
to the customer. Pat is recognized in the energy and chemicals industry
for his passion for excellence and performance and safety. He has
made numerous presentations to professional organizations such as
the Construction Industry Institute and the Association of General
Contractors to create, and sustain an organizational culture of
safety excellence. Mr. Estes is a stakeholder in Regenetech.

Rick
Swanson:
Mr. Swanson has been a Subway franchisee for 23 years who currently
owns 14 locations with one more under development. Mr Swanson is
active in every aspect of the business taking an active role in
negotiating leases; arranging financing, design and construction.
Mr. Swanson has been "Franchisee Of The Year" three times and has
actively served on the Subway Advertising Board for 5 years as Subway
realized double digit growth during an adverse business climate.
Mr Swanson has also seen success in commercial real estate; owning
a number of properties and negotiating leases and acquisitions.
Prior to Mr. Swanson's success with Subway Franchises he owned his
construction company for 12 years doing both residential and commercial
construction. Rick Swanson is a stock holder for who took a deeply
personal interest in the company because of his handicap son. Mr.
Swanson has a firm belief in the Regenetech technology and feels
that it has huge potential to help a multitude of people and a wide
range of medical conditions. He sees the unlimited potential for
Regenetech and has taken an active role in realizing that potential.

A. Wolf, M.D., is a NASA Astronaut, and co-inventor of the bioreactor
and related technologies. Dr. Wolf has performed much research utilizing
the bioreactor on the MIR Space Station and on several shuttle flights.
Dr. Wolf received his B.S., Electrical Engineering from Purdue University
and M.D. from Indiana University.

G. Dennis, Ph.D., co-inventor of NASA's TVEMF device has extensive
experience in the bioreactor and cell culture technology. Dr. Dennis
received his M.S., Biological Engineering, M.S., Kinesiology, and
Ph.D., Biomedical Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan,
Ann Arbor.

Farhang
Farhangfar is the Director of Technical
Services at Regenetech. He has over 20 years of research experience
and has authored 6 publications. He received a BS in Biology at
the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and an MS in Immunology
from the University of Chicago. He then worked at the Massachusetts
Eye and Ear Infirmary/Harvard Medical School for 9 years. Before
joining Regenetech, he was an Associate Scientist at MithraGen,
Inc., a small Biotech company working on DNA and Dendritic Cell
vaccine technology. Farhang also serves as the Manager of the BioHouston
Resource Center.
